Bachelor Laundry Service

If you really love me, you know you want to get me something extra special for Christmas, or perhaps my birthday. There is something you can get me that will make me love you forever. You will have my undying love and trust, and I will never stray from your side. I will be eternally grateful for just this one thing, and I will never ask you for anything ever again. Ok, I’m not sure who I am talking to, but whoever is reading, can I get laundry service? Pretty, pretty please? I know you don’t know me, and you don’t really care if I get a laundry service, but if you see my husband, you’ll put in a good word for me, won’t you?

Having a laundry service is a dream of mine, though I don’t think I’ll get it unless I break down and pay for it myself. I’m not sure why, but I would almost rather have this than a maid service. Cleaning is more work I realize, but there is just something about doing laundry that makes me crazy. A laundry service would be just wonderful, and it would make my life a whole lot easier. No more folding, no more finding space for clothes, no matter booboos. Oh yeah, bring on the laundry service.

Though I don’t know how comfortable I am with a stranger handling my undergarments, I am willing to live through it. I can try not to think about it, and when I get piles of clean laundry handed to me at my door, I will be able to get over it really fast. Can you imagine? Someone else will be deciding if something should be washed in hot or cold. Someone else will be deciding where the missing socks have gone. There will be someone else fighting with the fitted sheet to get it folded. 

You can probably find a laundry service in your community if you are like me and really loathe doing the laundry. Some smaller communities may not have anyone, but you might be surprised to find someone with in driving distance. If you can find someone that picks up and delivers, you have struck gold as far as I am concerned. Don’t forget when you stay in a hotel that they may also have laundry service. Take advantage of it, and don’t mar you vacation worrying about getting laundry done.
