Discover More About The Wrought Iron Wall Clocks

Some of the most beautiful things in my dad’s home are the wrought iron wall clocks that he has hanging in almost every single room. My dad has lived on his own for a very long time, and he says he likes it that way. He doesn’t really do much as far as décor, and tends to be more practical when he chooses items that he needs. This is what is so special about the clocks. I don’t know why he got them, but they are more of something to look at rather than a way to tell time. For my practical dad, this is something that doesn’t quite fit in.

I guess these wrought iron wall clocks are much like his fascination with Egypt. He’s not sure why he likes either one, but he knows that each make him feel happy. I have often told him that I wish he would hang more things in his home that will make it feel like a home, but he often would just shrug and not do anything about it. The wrought iron wall clocks were some of the first indications that he wanted something just to look at, and that was followed by a few calendars and posters with a pictures from various parts of Egypt.

This past Christmas I was looking at the wrought iron wall clocks in the store when I was shopping for my dad. I thought I might like to get him another one since he likes them so much, but then I thought better of that idea. It’s not often that he goes out and spends money on himself in what he would consider a frivolous manner, and I didn’t want to take that away from him. Though I know it’s great to save, he never buys himself anything like that, and if it was something he wanted to do, I would leave that to him.

What I did find when I was looking at the wrought iron wall clocks was that I quite like them myself. It doesn’t seem to matter what pattern or design they are, or how complicated or simple they are, as they all have the same basic feel to them. They are rather nice, and I can understand why he likes them. I have not yet bought any of them for my own home, but I think I might in the future.
